As the founder of North Star Adventures I am a collaborator. I believe in synergy and that the sum is always greater than its parts. When communities work together, all of their individual parts can create amazing opportunities for folks of all ages and abilities. I realized that community-connecting is an integral part of who I am and what I do, from working with talented artists to becoming a business sponsor for the Sebasticook Regional Land Trust.

Below are a few highlights of these collaborative efforts and updates on service projects and upcoming opportunities.

Sebasticook Regional Land Trust Business Sponsor – As a business sponsor for SRLT, I am committed to supporting their mission by offering affordable educational opportunities for their members. Members can use the code SRLT for a 15% discount on all North Star Adventures Programs.

Maine Island Trails Association Business Member – The Maine Island Trail is a 275 mile water trail that extends from the New Hampshire border to the Canadian border. This is made possible through agreements with public and private land owners that are committed to coastal access and stewardship.

Maine Association of Sea Kayak Guides and Instructors – Business Member and Vice President – MASKGI is a non-profit, volunteer organization dedicated to raising professional standards for those guiding and teaching sea kayaking and stand up paddle boarding on the coast of Maine. We work closely with Federal, state, and local agencies and like-minded organizations to improve the safety of the paddling industry.
